We did things different than in the past. The PR team was the glue that held us all together and provided a link between every agency and media partner. We worked with an awesome team at the DCP to understand the ordering process and then the field teams worked with the franchisees to ensure there would be coins in all/most stores. Our media partners at HH not only delivered upon our expectations, but secured partners as added value who weren't even part of our buy! The Ops teams worked to deliver an experience at the DD/Trombo in Queens for the press event that was perfection. The DD in Shea stadium was transformed with a focus and dedication from a team that was informed "last minute". Our promotional agency created a program/design that is different than anything else ever done, and guaranteed the timely market delivery of coins and POP and didn't miss a beat, even though less than 10 days out, the POP vendor backed out. The DCP then insured that every shop received their delivery on time. Incredible don't you think? Nothing was missed.
Not only was every detail executed 100%, but we were lucky enough to haveJon Luther an Robert Rodriguez in the market and have perfect weather.
When someone says to me, WOW, what an awesome job you did, I say thanks, but I want you to know that not a second goes by, that I think that this was my success. I truly mean it when I say, thanks to an awesome team!

Alliance has played a pivotal role in bringing high impact, profitable premiums to our clients. Your execution of both the McNabb Bobbing Head as well as the Iverson Bobbing Head has been terrific. Even with all of our timing changes, you have met delivery dates by doing whatever it takes. We really appreciate that.
Further, we cannot say enough about the quality and detail on the dolls. Simply put, the overall quality of the pieces far exceeded our expectations. In fact, I had one client say that the Iverson doll was the best bobbing head he had ever seen, this from a gentleman who is well versed in the sports and memorabilia arena.
